OUR MISSION: TO GROW OUR GAME
Our mission is to help International (and domestic) baseball prospects take the right course of action that is best for them in their journey to play baseball in the US. This includes training information, help preparing their college coach networking skills, and how to pick or pass on specific showcases, tournaments, and team opportunities that come their way.
From Jucos to NAIA, D3-D1, as well as Summer Collegiate Leagues, there are always options for talented, smart student athletes from Asia & the US. We can help you get started, and then monitor your progress! I should know how, both my boys are college baseball players!
We Build Player Websites
Includes Full Contact List for ALL College Coaches at Each Level for Just $299
It is critical to have an updated, individual player platform such as these websites to update your official stats & highlight reels on a regular basis. Having a single snapshot online of a one day showcase where you may have underperformed is not beneficial. Showcases are great, but a bad day can live online for a long time.
Our network of college coaches and summer college baseball league opportunities is extensive. We speak to coaches on our podcast every week.
For players serious and talented enough to extend their careers into college, we can easily help. We will provide you with the tools and as an option, a customized, affordable website necessary to be seen by those coaches in the college ranks that can recruit you for both Spring and Summer baseball. In some instances, we will even help recruit the best proven players at NO cost.
To host the website, the platform provider charges $16/month if paid at once ($192) or $23/month paid monthly)
ATT: JUCO Programs! We can white label your school logo on each player’s individual site and will donate $100 to your program for every player who signs up!

Our leadership team led by Kelly Kleinman, brings years of experience to help you navigate through the often times confusing journey an athlete takes as he not only moves from one level to another, but to another country where he may know no one. We make that journey an easier one to take by supporting and keeping watch on all of our prospects. Our consulting team consists of native Japanese, Korean and even Chinese speakers, and parents who also have kids with a dream - we try to make come true!

The Prospect Blueprint Podcast Brings College Coaches & Programs into focus so you can fully understand what it takes to play college baseball. Rick Dempsey (24 yr. MLB veteran) and Kelly Kleinman interview coaches from all levels, and learn their needs and expectations when recruiting players. This knowledge helps recruits tailor their approach to meet those expectations. Not everyone is ready, but this will certainly help!
